When people talk about the most elite street in Vračara, they talk about the street of International brigades.

This tucked-away street full of trees and flowers represents the elegance of this part of town with beautiful villas and only a few smaller residential buildings. We are honored to have had the honor of building one of those residential buildings. It is said that we refreshed this street, even though it was a new building, but with a simple style and natural tones, this building additionally decorated this part of Belgrade. This residential building is really isolated by its yard and gate so much that you don’t have the impression that it is a residential building. This is a residential building with an emphasis on premium housing quality. It consists of ten residential units with a flexible character and a range of structures – from one to five bedrooms. The apartments in the attic are designed as duplexes, with a gallery as a second level. The building is decorated with wooden panels on the facade and gate and stone specially imported from our partners from Italy.

The construction of the building at 48 Internacionalni Brigada street in Belgrade turned into reality the idea of contrast: sparkling and dark, matte and shiny, light and shadow, while the choice of materials is a mirror of the latest world trends in architecture. High-quality durable materials are implemented through a black and white composition where the external joints of the floors are covered with white stone slabs, while the window panes on the street facade are made of shiny black glass. In addition to the contrasting black and white elements, it is necessary to emphasize the third element of the facade. The compact panels of light brown wood that cover the ground floor and mezzanine also form the windows on the upper floors, thus giving a completely different dimension to the clean architectural forms. This combination of materials has the ultimate goal of further increasing the perception of contrast with an emphasis on the residential character of the building, as well as on the quality of housing. On the other hand, the use of light brown facade wooden elements contributed to the feeling of a more natural and warmer exterior appearance.

The building supports the concept of contemporary design with dominating clear, flat elements that create clean architectural forms. The simplicity, high aesthetic and functional quality of the facade, as well as the convenient ecological aspect associated with efficient performance, enabled the imaginary to become reality.
